Efrat LaMandre FNP-C is part of the Clinical Faculty at Wagner College and a board member of the Foundation Board of Trustees at Staten Island University Hospital.  She has been working collaboratively with CSI and its Team Doctor since 2020.

Board Certified and trained at UMDNJ (now Rutgers), she owns and operates EG Healthcare, a medical practice that serves the pediatric and adult population. The practice provides primary care for over 10,000 patients, and the practice manages various matters of general health and medical issues. The practice meets and exceeds industry standards and has achieved the coveted status of Patient-Centered Medical Home, indicating excellence in care. The practice also prides itself in being LGBTQ friendly and collaborates with a practitioner that providers transgender health care.

In addition, the practice offers GYN/Women Health services on-site to promote women's health, well-being, and proactively seek any health issues. In addition, we offer STD screenings, prescribe birth control, and manage other gynecological concerns.

Not only does the practice treat physical health, but the practice also has an in-house Mental Health counselor to help patients who need support with various emotional issues. If needed, a psychiatric consult can also be done. This collaborative team can assist with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and other mental health concerns.
