After a sensational 2017, Softball sophomore Patricia Riches hit the ground running in 2018 and she has earned CSI's Female Athlete of the Week honor for March 12.  In eight games played in Tucson, AZ, Riches led the way by going 8-22 at the plate (.364) and boasted a .464 on-base percentage. She also was 19-of-20 in the field and stole a pair of bases. She scored two multi-hit games and reached base in seven of the eight contests as the Dolphins officially introduced their 2018 season.
