After taking the distinction in cross-country season, Deavion Brown has now been named the CSI Female Athlete of the Week for February 4, 2019, as part of the Track & Field program.  Brown had a sensation showing in the NYC D3 Invitational held at The Armory at NYU on February 2.  She was CSI's lone point scorer in two events.  After posting a time of 8.09 in the 60-meter preliminaries, she backed it up with a run of 7.98 in the final heat, scoring a third-place finish among 76 racers.  Later, she earned a sixth place finish in the 200-meter race with a time of 26.83 in the field of 90 runners.
