For the first time this season, men's basketball star Rigaud Destime has earned CSI Male Athlete of the Week honors for the week of February 25, 2019. Destime was sensational in two games last week for CSI, both as part of the CUNYAC Postseason Tournament. First, he dropped in a career-high 19 points in a semifinal win over John Jay College, adding six rebounds and three steals. The very next day in the CUNYAC Championship, Destime was even better, notching another career-best with 23 points on 8-14 shooting, adding another six boards with a pair of steals, landing himself on the CUNYAC All-Tournament team.
