CSI freshman cross-country start David Outlaw has been named the CSI Male Athlete of the Week for September 16, 2019. In just his second competitive race in cross-country, Outlaw made his presence felt, coming in first among all Dolphins at the hotly-contested NYIT Invitational. The event, which fell short of an 8K, saw Outlaw post a time of 25:24.73, which placed him 47th overall in the 150-man field.
