CSI's Pola Poskrobko had a total of 18 kills and 16 aces in the tri-match
Box Score 1 | Box Score 2 The College of Staten Island women's volleyball saw their losing streak hit five games, as the Dolphins dropped a pair of contests on Saturday at Bryn Athyn College.  CSI lost the first game to the hosts, 3-0, then came back but fell short to Christendom College by a 3-2 count.  CSI fell to 4-9 overall on the season.

In the opener, Bryn Athyn won in straight games by scores of 25-9, 25-12, and 25-21.  The Dolphins were held in check thanks to a .298 hitting percentage for BAC, with Kaitlyn Brock leading the way with 13 kills on just 25 attempts.  CSI, meanwhile, only mustered up 13 total kills as a team, led by Pola Poskrobko's seven.  Where CSI did excel, however, was with the service, as exactly half of their points came via service aces.  Poskrobko finished with seven while Brittany Minondo was right behind with six.

CSI had a better game statistically in the second game.  The Dolphins won the first game convincingly, 25-9, but then CC came back to win games two and three by scores of 25-20, and 25-22.  CSI rallied back to score a 25-19 win in the fourth game but in the deciding set, CC pulled out a 15-11 winner.  CSI boasted a .237 attack percentage, and this time spread out 29 kills.  Poskrobko again led with 9, with Jonaldy Edouard spreading out eight.  Poskrobko added another 9 service aces as well.  CC was led by Bridget Vander Woude's 19 kills and 19 assists, while Mary Barbale posted 17 kills.

?The Dolphins are next in action on Tuesday, when they travel to Wayne, NJ, to take on William Paterson College at 7pm.
