The College of Staten Island women's volleyball team dropped their second-straight match and will head into today looking to pick up a pair of wins. The Dolphins will first take on hosting school St. Joseph's College - LI followed by Salve Regina to round out the tournament.

Players to Watch (CSI): Francesca Castellano is coming off of a match in which she was the only Dolphin to hit positive in the 3-0 loss to Ramapo College. Castellano led the team with seven kills and a .138 hit percentage.
Margaret O'Malley-Rebovich picked up two solo blocks in that match, however, she will want to improve that mark today.
Arianna Spears paced the team in both service aces, two, and assists, 12 in the match.
Players to Watch (SJCLI): Kaitlin Williams led the Golden Eagles in kills last night against Salve Regina in a loss. Following closely was Jessica Young and Gillian Donaghy with four kills each. St. Joseph's - LI struggled with Salve Regina's height all night as they were blocked 11 times. They will try to adjust their attacking mentality this morning against the Dolphins.
Players to Watch (SR): Cassidy Trabilcy shined for Salve Regina with 14 kills and a .219 hit percentage in the win over the Golden Eagles. Olivia Noonan earned 34 assists and a pair of service aces. Annie Donahue caused problems at the net all night, picking up a total of five blocks.
News & Notes: Today will be the first-ever meeting between Staten Island and Salve Regina while it will be the 11th against St. Joseph's - LI. The Dolphins have never defeated the Golden Eagles, going 0-10 all-time against them in a series that dates back to 1995. This will be the first meeting since 2015 which also took place in Patchogue, NY.
