Staten Island, NY - The College of Staten Island Swimming and Diving teams were back in action at the Tank this evening as they competed against Montclair State University in their third home meet of the season. On the women's side, the Dolphins fell to the Redhawks by a final score of 102-72, and on the men's side, Montclair picked up the victory, 117-72. However, CSI will get a chance to bounce back quickly as they will be right back in the pool tomorrow when they hit the road to take on Pace University at 2:30 pm.
INSIDE THE MEET
Though the results on the final scoreboard were underwhelming, a pair of Dolphins collected first-place finishes across several events. For the men, Anthony Attenborough took the top spot in the 200-yard freestyle, 100-yard freestyle, and 100-yard breaststroke. On the women's side, Jordan Swanson took first in 1-meter and 3-meter diving with scores of 195.05 points and 187.40 Points.
DOLPHINS OF THE MEET
The Dolphins of the meet tonight are Jordan Swanson for the women and Anthony Attenborough for the men. Jordan won both diving events while Anthony came in first place in all three events he competed in tonight.
