MEETDAY: SWIMMING & DIVING PLAY HOST TO ADELPHI UNIVERSITY IN THE TANK

1/11/2022 8:49:00 AM

Staten Island, NY - The College of Staten Island Men's & Women's Swimming & Diving teams will host their fourth home meet of the season when they welcome in the Panthers of Adelphi University tonight. The Dolphin men come in with a 2-2 record, while the Dolphin Women enter with a 3-2 overall meet record. While the Panthers, men's, and women's teams, have participated in only two meets, one of which was not scored. These two teams are no stranger to each other as they have played one another over ten times each, with the Panthers winning the bulk of the meets. However, CSI will look to change that trend starting tonight.

LAST TIME OUT
Both teams last swam on December 11, 2021, at the Pace University invite where the men were beaten by one point (116-115) and the women fell by double digits. Fast forward one month later, now in 2022, and CSI is back in the Tank to improve themselves against a worthy opponent as they creep towards Metropolitan Swimming Championship in February.

DOLPHINS TO WATCH
Thus far this season, Anthony Attenborough, David Poggioli and Max Kleyer have had great times in every meet this season. On the women's side, Jessica Johnson, Kathleen Bridgman, and Morgan Novello have given CSI great moments in the pool all season long.
