CSI battled the Purple Knights for 90 minutes but ultimately fell by a 3-0 final with
Rachael Charsky leading the offensive push for the Dolphins. In the second half, Saint Michael's tallied 30 shots, with Zahirna stopping 17 of them and allowing only two goals.
With today's result, the Dolphins move to 1-2-1 on the season, while the Purple Knights improve to 6-0. CSI will return to Dolphin Soccer Park on Saturday, Sept. 20, to open conference play against Roberts Wesleyan at 12:00 PM.
