- Tracey was a basketball, volleyball and track star at Union City HS, where she was named an Athlete of the Year, Team Player Award, and the Tri-State Athlete Award recipient.
- Tracey was awarded the Mini-Med School and Brain Bee Certificates from Rutgers University. She was also awarded the Dr. & Mrs. Irving Shulman Medical Award.
