3/31/25 - East Coast Conference Player of the Week

Polemeni helped lead the Dolphins to four wins this week as he hit .474 (9-for-19) with three home runs, two doubles, one triple, and eight RBI with 10 runs scored, four walks, and four stolen bases. He registered the first of three multi-hit games on Wednesday against Bloomfield reaching base four times with 2 RBI. He then posted a historic stat line in a 4-4, 5-RBI effort against Queens on Saturday becoming the third player in CSI program history to hit three home runs in a game. To conclude CSI's series with the Knights, the sophomore collected another three hits and drove in a run in two games.

4/21/25 - East Coast Conference Player of the Week

Polemeni continues to close in on the CSI single-season home runs record with three more in four games this week. The sophomore hit .619 (13-for-21) with a 1.286 slugging percentage, scoring seven runs and driving in seven. In addition to his three home runs, he had three doubles and a triple. Polemeni also stole three bases and posted a .636 on-base percentage as the Dolphins continued their push for their first-ever Division II playoff berth.

East Coast Conference Player of the Year

Polemeni slugged a conference-leading .751 this spring, also topping the ECC in total bases (127) while ranking second in hits (64), home runs (14), and runs scored (52), third in batting average (.379), and fourth in runs batted in (46) and stolen bases (14); his 14 home runs tie the CSI single-season record and his 64 hits are just seven shy of the CSI single-season mark. In conference play only, the two-time ECC Player of the Week led the conference in slugging percentage (.884), home runs (12), runs scored (29) and stolen bases (seven) and sat second in hits (33) and runs batted in (29) while hitting .384. CSI’s everyday centerfielder, Polemeni made 89 putouts with one assist in 95 opportunities for a .947 fielding percentage in 44 starts.
