It was quite a September for Andrew Scharf, and the sophomore cross-country dynamo has been named the CSI Male Athlete of the Month for September, 2015.  Scharf has finished as CSI's top runner in each of the team's first four races to start off the year, and is a three-time CUNYAC Player of the Week after a Rookie of the Year season a year ago.  At the Bard Invitational, Scharf set the school 8k record, topping in at 27:21.  A week later at the York College Invitational, Scharf posted a 28:24.7 mark, winning the race outright, his first career first place finish.
