It was quite an eventful month for the women's soccer team as they went 6-2-1 in September, and at the center of it all was senior Jennifer Cosenza, who earned September's Athlete of the Month honors.  Cosenza started all 9 games for the Dolphins, and is the current points leader with six goals and two assists thus far.  She places second on the team in total shots with 26, and it’s led to a team-best .231 shooting percentage.  Cosenza net the game-winning goals in two of CSI's six wins, including the wins against Old Westbury and CCNY.  All told, she has scored a point in five of CSI's 9 total games in the month, and also registered CSI's only hat-trick of the season on September 17 against the Beavers.
