CSI women's soccer senior Lizbeth Aparicio has been named the CSI Female Athlete of the Week for September 23, 2019. Aparicio had a great week for the Dolphins as they went 1-1 this past week, losing narrowly to Division II Concordia, 4-3, and then beating CUNYAC-rival Medgar Evers.  First, Aparicio assisted on what was the game-tying goal against Concordia to make it a 3-3 game.  She then scored her first goal of the season against Medgar Evers and proceeded to register a career-high five assists in the MEC win.  The five assists were the second-highest total in CSI single game history.  For the season, she now has six assists in total to go with the lone goal.
