CSI Indoor Track & Field sprinter Deavion Brown has been named the CSI Female Athlete of the Week on December 3, 2018.  CSI made their historical debut as an official varsity sport this past weekend at Springfield College, and Brown won CSI's first-ever gold medal in the 60-meter dash.  Brown came in first during qualifiers with a time of 7.98 and then in the final heat took the gold with a time of 8.03, winning the event by just one one-hundreth of a second.  The time she placed in qualifiers is tied for the 13th-best in NCAA Division III so far this season.
