For the second week in a row, CSI sophomore Jamie Holmes has been named the CSI Female Athlete of the Week for April 9.  Holmes hit safely in five of six games last week, hitting at least one extra-base hit in each of those games as CSI went 5-1.  She batted .474 with a slugging percentage of .947 and posted three multi-hit games.  Holmes scattered six doubles and broke the final game of the week open with a three-run home run that cleared the fences in CSI's win over NYU.  She also scored eight runs on the week, was walked twice and earned on via a HBP once, lifting her weekly on-base percentage to .545. For the season, she is batting .360, and leads the team with nine doubles and a .600 slugging percentage.
