To say that Chris Ramanauskas has had a good start to his career in a Dolphin uniform would be an understatement. The junior transfer from nearby Queens College had an amazing month of March, as CSI baseball posted a solid 12-8 record during the month, at one point ripping off six wins in a row. Ramanauskas was torrid, starting every game for the Dolphins, batting .492 (31-63), easily the best mark on the team. The infielder posted six extra-base hits (6 doubles, 2 triples), and led the team in RBI (18), walks (10), runs scored (18), and hit by pitch (6). The quick-footed slugger also was a perfect 4-for-4 in steals for the month and boasted 20 assists from the hot corner. He also finished the month of March on a seven-game hit streak.
