The men's volleyball team is back on their home court for a CUNYAC match-up against Medgar Evers after eight straight away games. The Dolphins are undefeated against the Cougars and will look to clinch their third conference win starting at 7:00 pm at the Sports & Recreation Center.

Players To Watch (CSI): Mark Palencia continues to guide the team this season, as he sits 43rd in the nation with 3.03 kills per set and 113 kills overall, good for first on the team. Palencia is third on the team with 62 digs.
Danil Kukovitskiy is a dominant defensive player with a team-high 27 blocks. Kukovitskiy is also second on the team with 51 kills.
Anthony Vigilante notched 40 kills so far this season.
Adil El Haddad is one assist shy for 200 averaging 5.38 assists per set.
Ronald Tisbe is ranked 44th in the nation in digs averaging 2.35 digs per game with a total of 73 digs.
Khaleeq Baum is in full swing as he led the team with nine kills and three aces against CCNY last Saturday, the Dolphins will look to utilize Baum as a commanding player on both sides of the net.
Players To Watch (MC):Â Shaquille Miller and Abdul Kamara are in command for the Cougars with Miller pacing the way with 47 kills and 93 digs and Kamara is second with 38 kills and 90 digs. Ronald Bonhomme is third on the team with 29 kills and fourth with 60 digs. Angel Seda (65 assists) and Kareem Cyrus (53 assists) will play a key role in the Cougars offense. Cyrus has a total of 67 digs and Mark Reid leads the team with nine blocks.
News & Notes: In the last meeting between the Dolphins and Cougars, Staten Island had a clean 3-0 sweep to give them their first CUNYAC win of the 2017 season. The Dolphins held the Cougars to single-digit points each set led by Kukovitskiy, who had a team high 10 kills, three aces and one block. Vigilante had seven kills, one ace, and one block and Palencia had eight kills and three aces.
Brandon Lei had a team-high of 14 digs in the win. Cougar Seda recorded 10 assists, Dwight Boone had a team high nine digs and Miller had six kills.
