Live Statshttps://athletics.baruch.cuny.edu/sidearmstats/mbball/summary
All-Time Series: CSI leads, 57-22
Last Meeting: February 22, 2019, Baruch won 76-74 (2019 CUNYAC Championship)
Players to Watch (CSI):  Adeola Latunji remains the Dolphins' leader in both scoring with 21.4 per game, and rebounding, with 7.1 per game.  Joseph Zieris has also been an integral part of the Dolphins recent stretch in which they've won two of three games.  His 10.6 points per game and 5.4 rebounds per game are both second on the team, and he has scored 17, 16, and 20 in CSI's last three games.  Andrew Kartalis has been in search of his shooting stroke since returning from injury, but he is still hitting over 40% of his shot attempts.  Austin Mick is slowly seeing his shooting percentage climb towards 40% as he is now just shy of 38% from the floor and 34% from downtown.  Rigaud Destime rounds out the regular CSI starting five, and he will be hoping to replicate his performance from the last time these two teams met when he scored a career-high 23 points.
Players to Watch (BC): Baruch is led in scoring and rebounding by Adnan Bajrami with his 16.2 points and 6.5 rebounds per game.  He has also been very efficient from the field hitting 48.1% of his shot attempts and 39.1% of his three-pointers.  Last year's CUNYAC Championship hero for the Bearcats, Benjamin Boateng, has averaged 8.7 points per game this season on 52.6% shooting.  His scoring average trails only Bajrami and Sean Donnellan who is averaging 8.9 per game.  George Smyth Jr. continues the theme of efficient Baruch shooting from their starters with his 51.7% mark from the field, and Emil Purisic has been equally efficient off of the bench with his 50.5% shooting.
News & Notes:  The last time these two teams met was in the 2019 CUNYAC Championship, a thriller won by the Bearcats on a buzzer-beater by Benjamin Boateng as time expired, 76-74.  The Dolphins will be missing two key pieces of last year's team tonight as they are without Christian Taylor and Chamald Martin this season.  However, the Bearcats have experienced an even greater roster turnover as they are without four starters from that game with Smyth Jr. being the only returning player that was a part last year's Baruch CUNYAC Championship starting lineup.  Baruch's overall shooting number from the field this season has been impressive as they have hit 44% of their shots.  The Dolphins aren't too far behind shooting 41.7% on the season.  Despite solid shooting numbers from the field for both sides, neither has shot very well from beyond the arc with CSI at 30.5% and Baruch at 32.5% from long range.  On the boards, Baruch has been almost dead-even with their opponents on a per-game basis while the Dolphins have struggled mightily on the glass.  The Dolphins have lost the rebounding battle by an average of 12 per game due in large part to a lack of size in the middle.  This is an area where the Bearcats may very well present an issue for CSI as they have four players listed at 6'6" or taller while the Dolphins have only one.
What's Next?:  Following tonight's matchup with the Bearcats, the Dolphins take on John Jay College in another rematch from last year's CUNYAC Tournament.  Tip-off will follow the women's matchup with the Bloodhounds and is scheduled for approximately 3:00 PM.
