GAMEDAY: MEN'S BASKETBALL RETURNS TO CONFERENCE PLAY WITH MATCHUP AGAINST MERCY

Dobbs Ferry, NY - The College of Staten Island Men's Basketball Team will return to conference play tonight as they hit the road for a matchup with the Mercy University Mavericks at 7:00 PM. The Dolphins enter today's game with a record of 6-9 after a decisive win against Wilmington University on Saturday afternoon. The Dolphins come in 2-1 against the ECC boasting a pair of weekly honorees from the conference weekly report. Messiah Mallory was named the ECC Defensive Player of the Week and Aaron Goldstein was named the ECC Player of the Week on Monday. The Mavericks are 3-9 on the season, but they are also 2-1 in conference play. The Dolphins lead the all-time series 4-2 and have won their last three games against the Mavericks. Most recently, the Dolphins defeated Mercy 96-81 at The Tank last season.
