GAMEDAY: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL CONTINUES PUSH TOWARDS 20-WIN SEASON AGAINST ROBERTS WESLEYAN

Staten Island, NY - The College of Staten Island Women's Basketball Team continues their push towards a 20-win season tonight as they host Roberts Wesleyan University at The Tank. The Dolphins enter the night 18-7 on the season and 11-2 against the ECC. Last time out, the Dolphins clinched a first-round bye in the ECC playoffs with a win over St. Thomas Aquinas College. Jenalyse Alarcon was then named the East Coast Conference Player of the Week and a Metroplitan Basketball Writers Association Player of the Week Honorable Mention. The Red Hawks come into The Tank with a record of 2-18 on the season and are 2-10 in conference play. When they faced the Dolphins at home earlier this year, CSI scored a decisive 83-58 victory. The Dolphins took a 6-1 lead in the all-time series with the win, their fifth straight against Roberts Wesleyan. With just three conference games remaining, the Dolphins are locked in to the number two seed in the ECC and will head to Amherst, NY for the conference semifinals on March 8^th.
