It was announced today that Men's Swimming & Diving was among the 22 programs to receive Team Academic Excellence honors from the NE-10 for the 2024-2025 season with a 3.455 team GPA. The award recognizes the NE-10 program with the highest team GPA for each sport and comes following another impressive season both in the pool and in the classroom for the Swimming & Diving program. Most recently, David Fayngersh and Jessica Johnson received Academic All-Conference recognition, the latest in a series of academic accolades proceeding today's announcement.
Of the 225 teams in the NE-10,186 of them recorded above a 3.0 team GPA for the 2024-2025 season. Three institutions posted above a 3.0 GPA for every program, and 135 teams had a GPA over 3.30. Additionally 55 programs posted a team GPA above 3.50. The NE10's full membership GPA for the year was 3.245. Including CSI and the other three associate member schools raises that mark to 3.247.
