Haxhari became the fifth Head Coach since the 2009 revival of the Cheerleading program in the Fall of 2022. She takes over following a decorated career as a student-athlete at the College of Staten Island during which she excelled academically and as a member of CSI Cheer. Just months after graduation, she takes over leadership of the program she was a part of for four years from 2018-2022.

Silverman joined the staff in the Fall of 2022 alongside new head coach Aurora Haxhari. Like Haxhari, she was also a part of the CSI Cheer program as a student-athlete during her collegiate career.
