Giuseppina (Pina) Montuori was named the inaugural coach of the College of Staten Island Dance Team during the 2025-26 season.
Pina brings a wealth of experience to CSI, with a vast knowledge of different Dance styles through her years in the dance realm, from youth dance to professional dance. Her leadership first started to show when she established the first-ever Dance team at her high school, Gaynor McCown High School, from 2016-2018. During that time, she earned first place overall in dance competitions by Access Broadway, as well as being named best Dancer in 2018.
Currently, Pina is a Dance instructor at Rhythm Central Dance Studio in Staten Island, where she molds and teaches young dancers from ages 3 to 15 years old. In addition, she is also the Entertainment Director with CMXI Next Productions (pro dance team) where she choreographs, handles social medias, and coordinates her teams in making appearances on NBA courts, AAL football arenas, NAHL hockey, and more.
