Three-sport star Victoria Crea has been named CSI's Female Student-Athlete of the Month for February, making her mark in two sports during the month. Â The sophomore enjoyed fine performances both on the basketball hardwood and in the swimming pool. Â CSI went 5-2 on the basketball court in February and Crea was a great catalyst, sporting 9.4 points per contest to go with 5.3 rebounds, 16 assists and six steals. Â Her personal best came against York College on February 6, when she net 15 points and 6 rebounds. Â Earlier that same day, Crea won a gold medal at the CUNYAC Swimming & Diving Championships in her signature 50-yard Freestyle event, a new CSI record in the process. Â Crea would go on to add a silver medal in one-meter diving and another gold in the 100-yard Freestyle later in the Championship, helping CSI place second overall. Â The exploits are in addition to a fantastic fall for Crea, where she earned CUNYAC All-Star status in Women's Cross-Country.
