After a sensational weekend that saw CSI go undefeated through four games, freshman Giacchino Virone has been named CSI's Male Athlete of the Week for the week of March 2, 2020.  Virone played in all four games this weekend, starting the final three and did some damage.  He posted a .636 batting average (7-for-11)  with a pair of doubles, six RBI and six runs scored.  He was also walked four times and was hit by a pitch, raising his on-base percentage to .706.  Virone was also perfect in the field on six chances.
