After a sensational weekend series against Lincoln University, CSI first-year junior Thomas Joyce has been named CSI's Male Athlete of the Week for April 19, 2021. In the three-game set on the road against the Lions, Joyce went 7-14 at the dish (.500), slugging .929, as four of his seven hits went for extra-bases, including a homer. He spread out six RBI this weekend ans scored a pair of runs as CSI took two of three at Lincoln. CSI is 2-1 this season when Joyce posts a multi-hit game. For the season, he is batting .326, with a team-best 15 hits, 13 RBI, and two home runs.
