Cuba began his coaching career at CSI in 2014 and the program continues to build through his on-the-field expertise and recruiting efforts.

Cuba holds a USSF National C License and has a National Diploma and National Youth Diploma from the National Soccer Coaches Association of America.

Alongside his experience with the Dolphins, Cuba led the first team to ever advance to the New York State Cup Championship out of the Silver Lake Soccer Club, and has been an assistant coach with the Downtown United Soccer Club U12 Boys - U23 Men's teams.
