MEETDAY: WOMEN'S SWIMMING & DIVING @ KEAN, 5 PM

The College of Staten Island Women's Swimming & Diving team returns to the pool tonight when they travel to Union, NJ for a meet against Kean University at 5 PM.  The 5-3 Dolphins are coming off of their first meet of 2020, a victory over Sarah Lawrence on Saturday, while the 4-6 Cougars have won three of their last four meets entering tonight's matchup with CSI.

Players to Watch (CSI):  The Dolphins are led in points by Kathleen Bridgman's 107.5, and she is coming off a strong performance on Saturday against the Gryphons when she tallied 18 points in individual events on a pair of first-place finishes and contributed to a winning effort in the 200-yard medley relay.  Gabriella Bartley and Sabella Vaserman are right behind her with 95.75 and 89 points respectively through the team's first eight meets with Bartley tied for the team lead with six first-place finishes alongside Bridgman and Lisnette Solano.  Vaserman has earned four top finishes to go along with eight second-place finishes which gives her the team-lead in medals earned with 16.  On the diving board Jen Basini has provided CSI with five winning performances and a pair of second-place finishes.  She is also a two-time winner of the CUNYAC Diver of Week this season, a season which has seen her score 53 for the Dolphins thus far.
Players to Watch (KU):  The Cougars have been paced by Sarah Sissel in the short-distance freestyle events with Kristina Sullivan providing the top times in the long-distance freestyle events.  Lauren Beyer has specialized in the backstroke with Sian Seeger holding the top times in the breaststroke events and Molly Lasko leading the way in butterfly events.
What's Next?:  The Dolphins will continue a very busy week on Wednesday when they host Brooklyn College and John Jay alongside the men.  The men will compete against Brooklyn while the women will compete against both the Bulldogs and the Bloodhounds in the meet which will get underway at 5:00 PM.
