STATEN ISLAND, NY — The College of Staten Island swimming and diving team competed in the two-day Ranger Invitational hosted by Drew University on December 5–6. The women's team finished second overall, highlighted by Jacqueline DeFranco's sweep of both diving events. Her performance earned her Northeast 10 (NE10) Diver of the Week honors for the second time this season.
DeFranco competed against two divers from the host institution, winning the 1M Diving (6-dive) event with a score of 209.70 and taking first place in the 3M Diving (6-dive) event with a score of 212.70 earning her second weekly conference award from the NE10.
The Dolphins have wrapped up the first half of their 2025–26 season and will return to action at home in the Tank on January 19, when they host Baruch College at 12:00 PM.
