THE DOLPHINS SUFFER A ONE-SIDED LOSS IN USMMA TRI-MEET

Kings Point, NY - The College of Staten Island Swimming and Diving teams were right back in action last evening as they hit the road to take on the United States Merchant Marine Academy and Kean University (Women only). The Men had a one-sided result where they lost to USMMA by a score of 62-128. The Women also suffered the same fate as they lost to USMMA 48-133 and against Kean 70-113. The Dolphins will come home for their final meet of the season against Sarah Lawerance, this will also be senior night, Next Friday night Feb 4th at 6 pm. 

INSIDE THE MEET

The Dolphins overall had an underperforming night, they were not able to snag a single event last night. However, CSI did take second place in a few events. The men took second place in the 200-yard medley relay, and Max Kleyer took second in the 200-yard freestyle. To see full results click the link above. On the women's side, Jessica Johnson took second place in the 100-Yard freestyle event. 

DOLPHIN OF THE MEET

The Dolphin of the meet today was Charles Cusumano who took second place in the 500-yard freestyle event, his time was 5:13.12
