GAMEDAY: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL OPENS WEEKEND ROAD TRIP AGAINST DAEMEN IN RETURN TO CONFERENCE PLAY

Amherst, NY - The College of Staten Island Women's Basketball Team opens a weekend trip in Amherst as they return to conference play against Daemen University. The Dolphins enter tonight's game with a record of 5-9 and are 2-2 in conference play. The Wildcats come in 8-4 on the year and are unbeaten against the ECC at 3-0. Daemen leads the all-time series 5-0 with the most recent meeting coming in the East Coast Conference Championship Semifinal last year. The Wildcats came from behind in the second half to win that game, 64-52.
