GAMEDAY: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL HOSTS D'YOUVILLE IN NEED OF CONFERENCE WIN

Staten Island, NY - The College of Staten Island Women's Basketball Team plays for the second time in less than 48 hours this afternoon as they host D'Youville University at 1:00 PM. The Dolphins enter today's game 7-14 on the season and 4-7 against the ECC after a loss to Daemen University on Friday night. With Friday's loss to Daemen, the Dolphins fell into a tie with Molloy University for the final ECC playoff spot. Currently, CSI owns the tiebreaker over the Lions, but the two teams will meet again in the final Dolphins home game of the season on 2/28. The Saints are just 9-12 on the year, but they are 7-4 in conference play after a win against UDC on Friday. After the first meeting of the season between the two teams was postponed, the Saints took the win in the rescheduled game last Friday, 81-54. This gave the Saints a 3-2 edge in the all-time series.
