GAMEDAY: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL LOOKS FOR THIRD STRAIGHT CONFERENCE WIN AGAINST MERCY

Dobbs Ferry, NY - The College of Staten Island Women's Basketball Team returns to conference play this evening as they take on the Mercy University Mavericks at 5:00 PM. The Dolphins come in 8-6 on the year including a 2-1 mark against the ECC. Most recently, the Dolphins lost to Caldwell on the road this past Saturday. The Mavericks are 8-5 on the season and are 2-1 in conference play. In their last outing, the Mavericks defeated East Stroudsburg University for their second straight win. Mercy leads the all-time series against CSI four games to two, but the Dolphins did take the win in the most recent meeting between the two teams last season, 73-71. Both CSI wins against the Mavericks have come at The Tank, and the Dolphins will be looking for their first road win against Mercy tonight.
