HOPKINTON, NH - The College of Staten Island women's cross-country team competed at the 2025 NCAA East Region Cross-Country Championship on Saturday and turned in yet another history-making performance.  Freshman Adriana Roa placed 21st overall in the meet, and both Roa and Elizabeth Nicotra made their way into the program record books with their performance in today's 6K.

Roa's time of 23:07.3 in the 6K shattered the previous program record in the event adding yet another accolade to an outstanding season for the multiple time ECC Rookie of the Week.  Next in line for the Dolphins behind Roa was Nicotra at 27:10.0, a time good for just outside of the top ten in program history for the 6K.  Jacqueline Washington also set a personal record in the event with a time of 28:25.5.  Rounding out the squad of four CSI runners was Anna Carfiol who posted a time of 30:12.1.

Sixteen programs placed as teams in today's meet in addition to the programs that competed with less than five runners.  Complete team and individual results can be found in the window below.
