GAMEDAY: WOMEN'S BASKETBALL BEGINS SIX-GAME STRETCH OF CONFERENCE GAMES AGAINST UDC

Staten Island, NY - The College of Staten Island Women's Basketball Team begins a six-game stretch against the ECC to conclude the regular season this afternoon as they host the University of the District of Columbia at 3:00 PM. The Dolphins enter today's game 15–7 on the season and 8–2 against the ECC following a victory over Lincoln University on Wednesday night. The Firebirds enter the day with a record of 7–12 on the year and 5–5 in conference play. Most recently, UDC dropped a close game against Daemen University on Sunday, 59–56. Earlier this season, the Dolphins defeated the Firebirds on the road, 62–54. However, UDC leads the all-time series 7–2, including two playoff matchups during each of the last two seasons. The two teams have split those postseason games with the Dolphins winning on the road two seasons ago and UDC coming from behind to defeat the Dolphins last season.
