Cassidy Petrie joined the Dolphins’ staff in 2021 as an assistant softball coach.  Petrie has been playing softball since the age of five-years-old and comes with a wealth of experience.  She states her biggest accomplishment as a coach would be assisting head coach, Tracey Garofalo, in building the CSI Softball Program and turning it into a competitive program in division 2 softball.
 
“The most rewarding thing is getting to work with and develop our players’ skills and watching them succeed on and off the field,” said Petrie.  “As a student/player, my biggest accomplishments include being a four-year starter for the Post University Softball Team, as well as four successful seasons with winning records.”  
 
Petrie brings a deep familiarity of knowledge of the game that will be beneficial towards the Dolphins.
