For the third time this sesason and for the sceond week in a row, Christian Taylor has been named the CSI Male Athlete of the Week for February 26. THe Men's Basketball team secured the CUNYAC Championship this past weekend and Taylor was at the center of it all with two tremendous performances that earned his Tournament MVP honors. In CSI's semifinal against Baruch, Taylor put up a team-high 22 points on 9-14 shooting, adding four rebounds and five assists. Three days later in the Final against Lehman, Taylor posted a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds, hitting two critical three-point goals to put CSI ahead for good. For the season, Taylor has averaged 16.7 points and 5.7 points to lead the team en route to 1st-team CUNYAC All-Star honors.
