College of Staten Island Athletics

After a very successful weekend as part of the 18th Annual Tournament of Heroes, Joseph Zieris has been named the CSI Male Athlete of the Week for December 30, 2019.  Zieris posted 17 points and 12 rebounds in a win over Curry College and then followed with a 14-point effort against Wheaton the following day.  The 17 points were a season high.  For the season, Zieris is averaging 9.3 points and 5.3 rebounds per game.  He also is leading the team with 24 blocked shots.
