The College of Staten Island women's basketball squad is participating in the ECAC Metro NY/NJ Postseason Championship Tournament for the first time since 2008-09, and will take on No. 2 Hartwick College at the Sports & Recreation Center with tip-off time slated for 6pm tonight.  If you cannot make it to the game tonight, be sure to listen in live via WSIA, 88.9FM, who will be calling the game live on the radio dial and at www.wsia.fm.

The Dolphins finished the season 16-11 overall and 12-4 in the CUNYAC, falling to Brooklyn College in the CUNYAC Semifinals just a week ago.  Hartwick, a member of the Empire 8 conference, comes in with a 19-8 record, having recently fallen in the Empire 8 title game to Ithaca College.  Despite being the higher-seeded team, the game is being played at CSI tonight due to a conflick at Hartwick's arena.

The winner of today's game will advance to the ECAC Semifinals on Saturday, March 2, against the winner of Rutgers-Newark vs. Stevens Tech.  In other quartefinal games, No. 1 Brooklyn College is taking on No. 8 Purchase State, and No. 4 Mount Saint Mary College is hosting No. 5 Ramapo College.  The semifinals and final will be played at the highest remaining seed after tonight's quarterfinal round.
