Players To Watch (CSI):  Christina Pasaturo is currently on a seven-game streak of scoring 20+ points which has boosted her points per game to exactly 20.0. Pasaturo is also pacing CSI with 53 assists this season, averaging a team-best 34 minutes per contest.  Samantha Flecker is second on the squad with 14.7 points per game and is the school's leader with 7.5 rebounds per game.  Angelique Price missed a game due to injury but was back in the lineup on Wednesday and should see more extensive time tonight as well.  She is averaging a healthy 13 points per game to go with 44% shooting from the field.
Players To Watch (MEC):  Offense has been at a premium for the Cougars, who average just 45.4 points per game.  A big portion of the offense is generated by Elesha Dieudonne, who is averaging 17.8 points per game and a team-best 11.4 rebounds per game as well.  She is also crisp defensively, leading MEC with 31 total thefts this season.  Janaisha Carrington is next in line with 7.2 points per game this season, adding a team-best five three-pointers.  Kimonia Mullins has been a force on the boards this season, averaging 7.4 per game.
News & Notes: This has been a series dominated by the Dolphins, as evidenced by their 44-3 all-time record against them, punctuated by a 19-2 all-time record against the Cougars on MEC's home floor.  The Dolphins have taken 9 straight in Brooklyn, dating back to the 2006-07 season.  That marked Medgar Evers' last win in the series, as CSI has won a total of 19-straight in that span.  MEC's season-opening 11-game losing skid goes deeper, as the team has lost 14-straight dating back to last year, and have lost eight-straight at home.  CSI junior Christina Pasaturo continues to climb the all-time scoring ladder at the college, and now needs just 22 points to crack the Top 10 all-time in school history, as she stands with 1,184 career markers.  She also became the eighth player in history to record 300+ assists in her career, and with 58 more rebounds, she will be the only the fifth player in school history to record 1,000+ points, 500+ rebounds, and 300+ assists in a career.  With 12 points against Baruch on Wednesday, Samantha Flecker eclipsed 700 for her career.  She also bagged her second double-double of the season, adding 13 rebounds, tied for the second-highest total of her career.  Ball control will be important tonight.  The Dolphins are ranked 11th nationally in assists and 18th nationally in steals.  That has led to a +8.3 turnover differential, the 14th best mark in the nation.  That will test MEC, who this season have a -7.0 turnover ratio and have committed a total 26.3 turnovers per game, the 11th-most in the NCAA.
