The College of Staten Island men's soccer team will play in their final tune-up game before the CUNYAC Playoffs begin on Saturday, October 27 today on the road against New Jersey City University.

Players to Watch (CSI): Philip Lefkowitz continues to be a menace for opposing defenses as he is able to pick them apart with ease as he leads the nation with 15 assists. Lefkowitz also leads the team with 76 shots and sits third with 11 goals for a team-high 37 points.
Bryant Navarro and
Joe Bolella continue to put the ball in the back of the net as they have scored 29 goals between the two of them. Navarro's 15 goals are good for eighth highest in the country as he continues to put himself in great positions to score.
Ryan Layman and
Miguel Morales have been a quality duo in the center of the defense this season, forcing opponents to take poor shots on goal allowing
Christian Carucci to make easy saves.
Players to Watch (NJCU): Theo Sanoh paces the Gothic Knights with eight goals on 50 shots while Edric De Paula follows closely with six. Sanoh also shares the ball and sits atop the team with three assists for a total of 19 points. Eric Lopes Silva has gotten the most starts for the Gothic Knights between the pipes this season, allowing 1.5 goals per game and making 57 saves.
News & Notes: Over the last five meetings, the Dolphins have bested the Gothic Knights three times, two of which came in Jersey City, NJ. NJCU has been solid against the Dolphins on their home field, posting a 12-2-1 record against Staten Island, all-time. Over the last three meetings CSI has outscored NJCU 8-2.
