STATEN ISLAND, NY – The College of Staten Island men's soccer team concluded its regular season on Saturday with a non-conference matchup against West Chester University (Pa.) at Dolphins Soccer Park. Following the conclusion of the regular season, the East Coast Conference (ECC) announced its 2026 season award winners, with Peterson Larose and Dylan Meadows earning Third Team All-ECC honors.
The duo made significant contributions to the Dolphins' offense throughout the season, finishing second and third on the team in total points, respectively.
Larose earned his second career Third Team All-ECC selection after wrapping up his junior season with eight points on two goals and four assists. His four assists ranked among the top 10 in the ECC, while he logged 1,082 minutes on the pitch and recorded 22 shots throughout the season. In the Dolphins' 5-2 victory over Daemen on October 10, Larose played a key role in the offensive feat, recording a goal and two assists for a season-high four points.
In his first season with the Dolphins, Meadows made an immediate impact on the team's offense following his debut on September 3 against Georgian Court. By the end of the 2026 campaign, he totaled seven points on three goals and one assist. Two of his three goals came against ECC opponent Queens College, helping propel the Dolphins to a historic victory that marked the program's first-ever win over a nationally ranked opponent during its NCAA Division II era.
