Last Meeting: March 20, 2019 - MSV won 15-2
Players to Watch (CSI): After a big week where he eclipsed 100 career hits and is nearing a CSI single-season record for triples, Jett Nouvertne is now batting a heavy .416 this season, with seven triples, two off the all-time record.  Domenick Castiglione continues to stay hot, and after a .500 wekk, he has raised his batting average to .376, just behind Sean Becker's .386, which is good for second on the team.  Becker leads the team with 12 extra-base hits, including a team-best 9 doubles.  CUNYAC Rookie of the Week Nick Falcone is now batting a heavy .349, and leads the squad with 11 stolen bags.  Look for Alexis Santos and Daniel Garcia to log some innings soon, as they are duw up in the rotation.  Santos is 3-0 with a 9.15 ERA through 19.2 innings while Garcia is 1-2 with an 11.85 ERA through 13.2 innings of work.
Players to Watch (MSV): Michael Grisanti continues his hot bat as he is now at .427 this season through 96 at-bats.  He has a team-high four home runs and is second on the team with 25 RBI, tied with Matt DiNorcia, who is hitting .314.  The hits leader is Jake Blinstrub, who has 43 this season with a .361 average.  He also has the team lead with 12 doubles.  Anthony Nocero is also up there with a .345 stick, notching three triples and 20 RBI.  On the mound, look for Jeremy Glazer or Amir Notowski to log innings.  Glazer is 1-3 with a 5.46 ERA in 31.1 innings, while Nitowski is 3-3 with a 2.87 ERA in 37.2 innings.
News & Notes: CSI has won 16 of the 22 all-time meetings, but MSV ripped through CSI last month, 15-2, their biggest win ever in the series.  Prior to the last two meetings, CSI had won 14 out of 15 against MSV, but lately the pendulum has swung.  In the March 20 contest, a total of 41 players played in the game, 10 of them pitchers.  MSV posted a 10-run third-inning to do a host of damage early in the game, giving CSI's Daniel Garcia the loss.
