The College of Staten Island Baseball team is off to their best start in 28 years, starting 4-0 for the first time since 1992, and they will look to keep the train moving forward when they battle Erskine College, an NCAA Division II opponent for a doubleheader to wrap up their three-day, six-game swing in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Allan Saathoff may earn a start today. he has been excellent on the hill this season, boasting a 2-0 record with a 1.96 ERA through 18.1 innings.
News & Notes: Today marks the first meeting ever between these two sides. The Dolphins played their first Division II game yesterday, a 21-9 winner over Benedict College. Erskine has been much busier in 2020. While CSI has played just four games, the Fleet have 18 games under their belts, boasting a 10-8 record. The Fleet took three of three games in a series against Limestone College in their last go-around. They won 9-6 on Friday, and split Saturday's doubleheader, winning 10-3 and falling 17-16. High schools have been the standard for CSI. They have outscored their opponents so far, 67-36. The 67 runs the Dolphins have scored are the most in school history in a four-game span all-time. CSI's 4-0 start is tied for the second best ever. They started 4-0 in 1990, 1991, and 1992. The Dolphins were a program-best, 7-0, during the 1992 season.
