Unlike the first matchup, CSI never gave up the lead in their route to a shutout of FSC's B team, though, game three nearly went into overtime. CSI Freshmen, Vincent Zeh (Dxtr) made his CSI RL debut and made a name for himself playing in all three games alongside Ralphy Vargas (Driftzy) and Samuel Rozenfeld (Eleventeen). Zeh (Dxtr) developed chemistry with the vets early and was the star of game one with two goals, an assist and a save. Rozenfeld (Eleventeen) lead the team with eight goals (8-14). Vargas (Driftzy) led them in assists with five, while playing smothering defense including four of the nine combined saves in all three games.

ECAC: CSI's RL team picked up its first ECAC win on the season, bouncing back against Mansfield University with a 3-0 sweep (5-1, 4-1, 4-2). The Dolphins won the first two games with a total team effort and thus never trailed in either game. In those first two games alone, CSI tallied five assists and nine saves. The third game found CSI down 2-0, one minute into the game, however, in the next two minutes of play CSI would score three goals in a 30 second span to regain the lead, 3-2.
