KEY MOMENTS
The Spartans would take the early, 1-0, lead at the 24th minute of play. It was a corner kick by Jorge Umana that found the head of Cole Allen who was able to direct the shot past the goalkeeper, Omer Hamzacebi. The Dolphins would put pressure and play physical keeping them down one goal through halftime. However, as the second half started the Spartans would ramp up their pressure and were able to find the back of the Dolphins net two more times between the 77th-80th minute of play that put them up, 3-0. With 10 minutes reaming in the game, CSI couldn't get passed the Spartan defenders long enough to muster a decent shot on goal.

INSIDE THE BOX SCORE
The Dolphins allowed eight corners in the first half of play, giving the Spartans many opportunities to score, however, CSI did a good job only allowing one to slip by. The Spartans would add another eight corners, giving them a total of 16 to the Dolphins three. Despite the barrage of corners, the Dolphins defense played the ball well in the box as only one of the three goals scored came off a corner kick. CSI was also outshot, 21-8, mostly in the second half of play.

DOLPHINS OF THE GAME
Daniel Angulo and Brendan Maguire, who came off the bench, each took three shots in the game and combined for three of the five shots on goal for CSI in the game, though, none came relatively close to getting past the Spartans Goalie. CSI goalkeeper, Omer Hamzacebi, was named the starter today, his first appearance in a month. He faced nine shots on goal from the Spartans, saving six of them.
