Staten Island, NY - The Dolphins College of Staten Island Women's Soccer team (2-8) will host the Lighting of Goldey-Beacom (3-5) this afternoon. Game time is set for 3:00 PM at home in Dolphin Soccer Park. The Dolphins are 1-5 against non-conference foes this season. Like many of the others, this is their first meeting ever. 
 
LAST TIME OUT
This past Saturday, October 3, CSI faced Roberts Wesleyan College in the third of three consecutive conference (ECC) matchups. The Dolphins dropped that match by a final score of 3-1, their third loss against ECC opponents this year. Their most recent ECC win was a week ago that ended in a 2-0 shutout against ECC foe Lincoln University (PA), good for their second win of the season and their second at home.
 
DOLPHINS TO WATCH
The women are 2-3 at home this season, playing some of their best soccer at Dolphin Soccer Park. CSI will be looking for their third home victory and will look for Dolphin Forward, Nadia Evola and Midfielders, Jenna Como and Mirsade Pelinkovic combine for nearly 50% of the team's shot attempts thus far this season. Meanwhile, look for the defense to continue their rigid play, especially at home.
