The College of Staten Island is excited to announce that fans will be allowed to be in attendance for all spring sports with a Cleared4 Access Pass! Fans 12 years of age and older will be required to upload their proof of vaccination or negative PCR test result to Cleared4. Each individual must have their own profile in Cleared4. 

Cleared4 Access Pass will be checked by Public Safety at the entrance to campus. If an individual does not have a Cleared4 Access Pass, access will be denied to campus.
 
Please allow a minimum of 48 hours for the Cleared4 Access Pass. If you do not receive your Cleared4 Access Pass, within 48 hours, please contact Alberto Sanchez at alberto.sanchez@csi.cuny.edu.

Please see below for steps to upload your proof of vaccination to Cleared4. (Do not upload Negative COVID-19 Test here,Only Vaccination card)
 
1)      Select Enter Your Vaccination Data, Select Upload Your Vax Proof, Select File to upload.
2)      Select Vendor and Vaccination Date and Dose #1 and put the date the first vaccination dose was received.
3)      Click Add.
4)      The system will then ask to add another dose.
5)      The user should choose "Yes, use the same card." (If they have Johnson & Johnson Vaccine, they can proceed to step 8)
6)      The user then will proceed to repeat steps 2 - 4, except they will choose Dose # 2 and put the date the second vaccination dose was received.
7)      If the user has received a third dose of the vaccine, they will repeat step 5 and 6 except they will choose Dose # 3 and put the date the third vaccination dose was received.
8)      If there are no more doses to enter, they can click "No, I am done."
9)      In the Vax Records screen they can review the images they have submitted as well as the dates of each dose.
10)  Once they click done, that completes the registration process.
11) Once approved, a text message or email will be sent with their personal link to access the pass.
12) This pass must be accessed every time an individual enters campus via their personal link

1)      Please click Upload Covid 19 Test Proof
2)      Select Picture of Covid 19 Test Proof
3)      Enter Test Name and Select Covid result
4)      Select Test Type
5)      Enter Sampled Date (date test was conducted)
6)      Enter Result Date (date test results were received)
7)      Enter Lab Name (if known)
8)      Click Add
 
All CSI intercollegiate Games will be live-streamed *Weather Permitting* on CSI SportsNet, CSI's official web streaming service. All broadcasts will also be simulcasted through the ECC Network, and the ECC Network will carry a great majority of CSI's road contests as well. A complete schedule can be found on the CSI SportsNet Homepage, and links will be made available on respective schedules as well. All streams will be available for archived viewing as well immediately following the conclusion of a contest. All streams are free.
